In December 2018, Tatsuki Fujimoto began serializing Chainsaw Man. Around 97 of the mangaka’s chapters, which were gathered in over 11 Volumes, were published. The manga told the tale of Denji, who struck a pact with Pochita, a devil in the form of a dog, and gained the ability to turn various portions of his body into chainsaws. Denji then joins the battle against the evil forces that are endangering the Earth.
The original and exciting plot of Chainsaw Man was adored by millions of manga readers. So it comes as no surprise that a reputable studio-like MAPPA chose to produce its anime version.
The anime is expected to release around October 2022, and the entire anime community is currently eagerly awaiting any news regarding it. However, Chainsaw Man Part 2 is something else that fans are eagerly anticipating.
Release Date of Chainsaw Man Part 2
Part 2 of the manga and the anime adaptation would both be released in 2022, according to a tweet from the Unofficial Weekly Shonen Jump Twitter account on December 3rd, 2021.
Then, at the 2022 Jump Festa event, it was announced that Part 2 of the Chainsaw Man manga series would premiere in the summer of 2022, but no exact launch time was given, which greatly irked the international population.
The big announcement for today, June 20, is that Chainsaw Man Part 2 will now be released on July 13th, 2022!
Shohei Lin, the manga series editor, was the first to announce the information on social media, confirming that serialization will begin in Jump Plus on July 13.
The Chainsaw Man manga is still ongoing, and Tatsuki Fujimoto announced last year that Part 2 would mark the beginning of the manga’s publication. Part 2 of the story will start at some point in the second half of 2022, the author first stated. Recently, however, Fujimoto gave his official confirmation that Chainsaw Man Part 2 would begin publication on the Shonen Jump on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. So, starting this month, we’ll be able to read the latest chapters of the amazing manga series.

Chainsaw Man Part 2 Plot
Chainsaw Man, written and illustrated by Tatsuki Fujimoto, chronicles the busy lives of adolescent Denji and his companion Pochita. Denji fantasizes about leading a joyful, calm existence while interacting with a female he likes while he lives in deplorable circumstances.
Far from reality, Denji engages in the murder of devils in order to satisfy his vast debt. But his good fortune runs out when he is killed by a devil while working a similar job.
But in an unforeseen turn of events, Pochita combines with Denji’s corpse and gives him chainsaw devil abilities. Denji uses his new abilities to mercilessly eliminate his adversaries after learning how to turn his body parts into chainsaws.
The toughest devil was caught off guard by his courageous move. Makima, a hunter, invites Denji to join them at the Public Safety Bureau. Now driven by the desire to earn Makima’s love and lead a normal life, Denji makes the decision to take on even his most formidable foes and do whatever it takes to fulfill his straightforward youthful aspirations.
Recap of First Part
In chapter 97, Chainsaw Man part 1 came to an end, leaving many mysteries unanswered and hinting at Denji’s new life as he deals with Makima’s rebirth and high school life as a “normal” student.
In contrast to everything that had transpired before, the novel ended with Denji accepting Chainsaw Man’s status as a “superhero,” which is the product of Makima’s machinations, and putting the worst aspects of his life behind him. But since this is still a Tatsuki Fujimoto manga, there will probably be a lot of pain, deranged feelings, and nightmarish scenarios in store.
Additionally, it would be intriguing if the author spent more time in part 2 delving into the nature of devils and hell. To concentrate on the struggle with the Control Devil on Earth, leave it in the background.
